Forecast are an AI project and resource management tool for digital agencies and SaaS businesses. Their website was built on HubSpot and was struggling after some recent Google Updates. They had a lot of great content on the website that wasn't being utilised as best it could be.

As a solution and as part of our SEO service we recommended a transition to Webflow to enable for a website that was built for organic performance from the ground up. This included building out an educational resource hub using AI content production.

The key to success with this project was using search engine data to design the structure of the website rather than building a website then applying SEO afterwards.

The process for this included lots of in-depth keyword research into all of the different features and solutions offered by forecast and then building the sitemap and navigation around these queries.

This approach of using search data to design the architecture of the website meant that we were increasing the number of potential entry points (landing pages) for buyers to land on.

Our approach to SaaS web design is all about building an inbound engine. That means building a structure that is engineered for growth using data as the source of decision intelligence.

This begins when we look at the sitemap and designing re-usable components within Webflow so we can build and evolve the website quickly as and when we need to make changes to it.

The results of the transition to Webflow where almost immediate. We saw a jump of 40% in organic traffic in just 30 days from the point of launching the Webflow version of the site.

This 40% increase in organic traffic translated into over $300k in pipeline that can be directly attributed to organic search in HubSpot CRM.

These results show that taking a data-driven engineered approach to SaaS web design can lead to great results quickly.
